Terms of Service

The service

YPlus is a homework-marking application for teachers, provided through the web. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Plans, trial and billing

New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial with no payment details required. After the trial, the account continues on the free plan unless you subscribe to Pro.

Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to store unlawful content. You are responsible for the data you enter, including ensuring you have a proper basis to record student information.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you create in YPlus. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, back up, and sync that data so we can provide the service.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep YPlus available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using YPlus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@yplusapp.com.
